Facilitator/Team Lead Commitment (5.5 - 6.5 Hours Total)

• Pre-Workshop (3-4 Hours)
  • Read through workshop guide. (15 minutes)
  • Create pre-workshop survey using this template. (15 minutes)
  • Host a kickoff meeting or send a detailed email overview. (30 minutes)
  • Review and compile survey results. (60-90 minutes)
  • Using survey results, complete a first draft of the Team Charter. (60-90 minutes)
• Workshop (2 Hours)
  • Host one 2-hour session or two 1-hour sessions with the whole team. (2 hours)
• Post-Workshop (30 Minutes)
  • Finalize the Team Charter and store in a central location. (30 minutes)

Individual Participant Commitment (2.75 - 3 Hours Total)

• Pre-Workshop (30-45 minutes)
  • Take the pre-workshop survey (30-45 minutes)
• Workshop (2 hours)
  • Attend one 2-hour session or two 1-hour sessions with the whole team. (2 hours)
• Post-Workshop (15 minutes)
